Unfortunately the QR code on sticker does not work- its blurred-

Thank you for sharing your feedback — we understand how frustrating it must have been to find that your QR code on the sticker was blurred and unreadable. Upon checking, we found that the size you ordered is one of the smallest available, and the QR code on your design measures less than an inch in size. QR codes rely on precise pixel visibility and contrast to be scanned correctly, and when they are reduced too much, the fine details become distorted or lost. This makes them difficult — and often impossible — for scanners to recognize. Because our printing process is fully automated, the final product was printed exactly as it was submitted, which explains why the QR code did not work as intended. To help us resolve this issue, please confirm by responding to this email if you can edit and adjust the QR code to make it larger. Increasing its size will ensure that the details remain clear and scannable, even on smaller products. Once we receive the updated design file, we’ll be happy to assist further and ensure your next order meets your expectations. Your input is very valuable in helping us improve both product clarity and customer satisfaction, and we appreciate the opportunity to make this right for you.

Round stickers can be applied to almost any hard surface as long as it is clean, smooth and dry. Once the sticker is applied to the desired area, it will stay there. When you’re applying the stickers, remember that it’s very important that the surface is completely dry.

Our round stickers are quite durable. When properly applied, your water-, scratch- and fade-resistant circle stickers will last 2-4 years.

Not at this time – but with quantities as low as 25, you can start with a low-quantity order and then easily reorder a larger batch of custom circle stickers.
